As a small bookkeeping business, we provide the preparation of monthly and quarterly posting, as well as payroll, preparation of records of employment, HST returns, and payroll remittances.

Payroll

We assist clients with calculating and preparing their payroll. Whether it is a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pay, we're here to help.

POsting

We provide bookkeeping through Sage 50 and Quickbooks. This allows us to provide you with various reports based on the paperwork you bring in.

Remittances

We prepare payroll and WCB remittances, and HST returns for you. We use the Sage 50 reports to calculate accurate data based on information provided by the client.

Training

Sometimes bookkeeping can be daunting, especially if you're starting a new business. We're here to help! Spotlight Bookkeeping offers one-on-one training sessions based on your requirements.

Personal Taxes

Need assistance with a standard personal tax return? Spotlight Bookkeeping can help with filing a standard return (i.e., T4s, T5s, T4A (OAS/CPP), RRSP deductions, etc.).

Pricing

All regular services are $30 per hour. Mileage is charged at $0.59 per kilometer, if the services are to be performed at the client's office.

Other fees are as follows: T4 slip preparation and filing is a $200.00 flat fee; personal taxes (T1 returns) are $75.00 per individual.

Please note, the hours per service may fluctuate based on the time required to fully post (i.e. service may need to include sorting).
